The Sectorial Vice President for Politics, Citizen Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, emphasized that “we have never abandoned you nor are we going to abandon you because this fight of yours is our fight, a fight for you to return in peace”.

During his second visit to the Reception Center for Affected Persons installed at the National Experimental Maritime University of the Caribbean (UMC), in Catia La Mar, La Guaira state, he said that “beyond all the pain caused by these terrible earthquakes, the important thing is that we are able to rediscover each other as brothers and sisters little by little”.

He pointed out that “this is an ant's work, but it is a job that we Venezuelans are happy to do and we Venezuelans do it without anything else, and that of course gives the People of Venezuela great value; the value of solidarity, the value of accompaniment, the value of the helping hand that is always present in any circumstance.”

He also reported that “here we have an ice maker, we will have the collaboration of private companies, we have the collaboration of the State agencies of the National Government of themselves who are masons, here they are”.
