Minister of Defense congratulated the Deputy Ministries of Education and Services for their 15 years

The vice-ministries of Education and Services of the Ministry of Popular Power for Defense are two fundamental columns for the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) to fully carry out the mission that was constitutionally granted to it, said the holder of this portfolio, G/J Vladimir Padrino López.

In this regard, through a statement released this Tuesday, the senior military officer celebrated the 15th anniversary of the creation of these vice-ministries that “new challenges and great challenges mark their course”.

Designed to organically strengthen the Ministry of Popular Power for Defense, its Deputy Ministries of Education and Services, they constitute two fundamental pillars in the full fulfillment of the constitutional mission that has been entrusted to the Bolivarian National Armed Forces. That is why today, when both dependencies reach 15 years of fruitful institutional existence, new challenges and great challenges mark their course, taking as lines of action, the 7 Transformations that the Bolivarian Revolution currently demands of us.

Since education is a soldier's most powerful artillery, the basis of their moral, intellectual and spiritual strength, the Vice-Ministry of Education, from its critical and emancipatory conception, makes enormous efforts to consolidate a holistic, humanist, geo-historical and interdisciplinary system that guides the integral formation of the new social subject required by the current Venezuelan State; in frank correspondence with military defense, cooperation in the maintenance of internal order and active participation in development national.

For its part, the Deputy Ministry of Services continues its plausible work of successfully coordinating and directing its decentralized bodies and attached decentralized entities; the military health network; the preservation of infrastructure; the control of weapons and explosives, and logistical equipment, among other important tasks that contribute to optimizing the operational capacity of the armed institution.

Such essential structures, attached to their functions and to the historical objectives of the Homeland Plan, are conducted with special success, discipline and loyalty by Major Generals Félix Osorio Guzmán and Danny Ramón Ferrer Sandrea, respectively; for this reason, I express my gratitude and congratulations to these distinguished men of arms and their valuable work teams, who have shown that they are up to the demands of the Bolivarian Project. So let us continue on the victorious path of the sovereignty and independence of our beautiful Nation. CONGRATULATIONS!
