The Minister of Tourism of Venezuela, Daniella Cabello, held a meeting with her counterpart from Barbados, Ian Gooding-Edghill, in order to advance the commitments established between the two following the visit of the Prime Minister of the Caribbean nation, Mia Mottley.
Through a post on his Instagram account, Cabello highlighted that the above-mentioned agenda contemplates strengthening air connectivity, promoting multi-destination packages between Venezuela and Barbados and deepening training, promotion and the exchange of experiences between our tourism sectors.
“Venezuela views the Caribbean not only as a neighbor, but as a natural space of integration, cooperation and shared opportunities. We continue to build bridges so that more travelers can discover everything that our countries have to offer,” said the minister.
In the same way, according to Cabello, during the meeting, he thanked his counterpart from Barbados for all the solidarity shown by that country after the double earthquake that affected Venezuela on June 24. “In difficult times, the true brotherhood between our Peoples is also demonstrated,” he stressed.
