The sector vice-president of Communication and Culture, Miguel Ángel Pérez Pirela, stressed that the launch of the new program “Compass of Sovereignty” is part of the National Bicentennial Reading Plan.

“To read is to resist,” he said.

“From the Bolívar boy to the great work of Simon Bolivar “: This is the path that led us to the launch of the new program “Compass of Sovereignty”, he said in his account on the social network Telegram.

He stressed that the aforementioned program is part of the National Bicentennial Reading Plan, which seeks, as a natural sequence, to move from the thought of the Liberator in the independence phase to the realization of his thinking in the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

The Minister of Popular Power for Communication and Information (MIPPCI), emphasized that “from the maximum “Unity, Unity, Unity...” of the Congress of Angostura to the rebirth of our identity in the 21st century”.

The event was held at the temporary camp at the Juan Antonio Pérez Bonalde Educational Unit, in the Sucre parish of Caracas, as part of the commemoration of the 24th Anniversary of the Ministry of Popular Power for Communication and Information (MIPPCI).
