Ministry of Health reinaugurated several services at the Dr. José Ignacio Baldó “El Algodonal” Hospital

The Minister of Popular Power for Health (MPPS), Magaly Gutiérrez reinaugurated the Laboratory, Hospitalization and Pediatric Emergency services at the Dr. José Ignacio Baldó General Hospital, known as El Algodonal, in the city of Caracas.
With the reopening of these services, it is planned to provide free care to more than 1,521,769 inhabitants of the sector and its surroundings, MPPS reported.
In addition, the Bolivarian Government carried out external and internal painting, lighting, installation of sanitary pieces, as well as signage and furnishing, among others.
Minister Gutiérrez, accompanied by Nahúm Fernández, Head of Government of the Capital District; Carmen Meléndez, Mayor of the Libertador municipality of Caracas, and Morella Camacho, the Single Health Authority, toured the facilities verifying the work carried out.
