Miranda registered more than 80% tourist occupancy in December

The Secretary of Government of Miranda, Hugo Martínez, reported that the entity registered about 80% in tourist occupancy during the Christmas holidays and New Year 2024.

According to information from Venezolana de Televisión, Martínez took stock from Playa Pintada, Pedro Gual municipality, where he supervised the security system for the return of the seasonal workers.

In this regard, he indicated that the deployment was carried out with officials from the different police and military security forces in Miranda, a territory that offered residents and visitors 40 security points.

In addition, he added that no incidents were reported during those days and that tourists and families in the entity respected road safety regulations.

It is important to mention that during the activity, the second commander of the Miranda Integral Defense Operational Zone (ZODI), G/B Marlon Ramírez, and the director of the Miranda Police, José Luis García Pinto, were also present.
