Mirandino students return to classes with total normality (+2024)

Students from the 21 municipalities of the state of Miranda returned normally to more than 2,000 schools in the region this Monday, after the holiday period for the Christmas holidays, said the state's Secretary of Education, Rosa Becerra, as announced in a press release by the government.

According to the information issued, the administrative, teaching and labor staff welcomed the second pedagogical phase of the 2023-2024 school year with new objectives for the optimization of educational quality in the entity.

In this sense, for this new period, the participation of children and young people in extracurricular activities such as sports and culture will be encouraged.

In addition, from the Vicente Emilio Sojo high school, in Guatire, Zamora municipality, the vice-governor for the axis and secretary of Participatory and Protagonic Democracy of the Government of Miranda, called on teachers to continue training the country's seedbeds with love and pedagogy.

“Vocational teachers call for learning to discover the meaning of life and build a better society,” he added on social media.

It is important to note that in the state of Miranda in 2023 several schools were renovated by the Military School Community Brigades (BRICOMILES).
