More than 20,600 Palestinians have been killed by Israel since October

Since the beginning of the aggression of the Israeli occupying forces against the civilian population of the Gaza Strip, on October 7, around 20,670 Palestinians have been killed and another 54,500 have been injured.

According to the Gaza Health Ministry, in the past 24 hours, the Zionist regime has carried out 25 massacres against entire families, causing the death of at least 500 children.

In addition, the health service reported the loss of 311 members of its health personnel, as well as the damage of 102 ambulances that are out of service, 141 health centers were attacked by the Zionist army and it forcibly evacuated 23 hospitals and 53 primary care centers.

The Ministry reported that the sanitary and humanitarian conditions in the shelters are at catastrophic levels, at least 1.8 million people are displaced at risk of hunger and exposed to the intense cold and the transmission of diseases and epidemics.

In addition, he stated that children in housing centers are exposed to multiple risks, including dehydration, starvation, digestive and respiratory diseases, skin diseases and anemia.
