MP charged seven individuals involved in the double homicide of Canserbero and Carlos Molnar

The Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, reported that the murderers and accomplices in the double homicide of Tirone González, known as “Canserbero” and Carlos Molnar, were charged before the Court in the case.
He specified that the Public Ministry, in a historic investigation process, has accused seven individuals involved, by offering, through its account on the social network X, a summary of the investigation into this case.
In the message, he specified that “they were #acusados María Natalia Améstica and Guillermo Améstica (alias “El Nano”) by the #delitos of #Homicidio Qualified with malevolence and for futile reasons in the degree of Co-Authorship, Obstruction of the Administration of Justice, Simulation of a Punishable Act, False Attestation before a Public Official and Association to commit crimes”.
Secondly, he mentioned “Marcos Pratolongo for the crimes of #Homicidio Qualified with malevolence and for futile reason, to the degree of unnecessary #cómplice, simulation of a punishable act, obstruction of the administration of justice and Association to commit crimes”.
Saab noted that “police officers Edgar Trillo, Gilbert Cruz and Teresa Pinto were also accused of the criminal types of Obstruction of the Administration of Justice, Simulation of a Punishable Act, Aggravated Own Corruption and criminal association.” #acusaron
Another defendant, she said, is “Pathologist Solangela Mendoza for the #delitos of Obstruction to the Administration of Justice, Cover-up and Association to commit crimes.”
The prosecutor explained that for the definitive clarification of the brutal events, “I have ordered more than 120 investigative steps to be carried out, broken down into 13 moments.”
These moments, he explained, were “a) First approach at the site of the event b) the free fall of the mannequin similar to # Canserbero c) the luminol d) the first exhumation of the corpse of # Canserbero e) the biopsychosocial autopsy f) the printed interview with relatives and 2 new #testigos references all made in #Nov2023 g) the establishment of the case in Caracas h) the study #antropológico of foot prints, taken into consideration the other footprints photographically fixed in January 2015: which we carry now on a real scale in Natalia Amestica's apartment, located on Camino Real Maracay”.
