MPPD celebrates 17th anniversary of the Deputy Ministries of Defense Education and Defense Services

This Thursday, Chief General Vladímir Padrino López joined the celebration of the 17th Anniversary of the Deputy Ministry of Defense Education and Deputy Ministry of Defense Services and sent a statement to the general population.

The Vice Ministry of Defense Education is focused on the comprehensive training of members of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) with values, educational excellence and the planning of military educational policies. Activities, such as the 2026 Sports Games, have been inaugurated to celebrate this milestone.

Likewise, the Deputy Ministry of Defense Services: Responsible for coordinating and directing the management of decentralized bodies and decentralized entities of the Ministry of People's Power for Defense (MPPD), guaranteeing logistics and services for national development and the welfare of the military family.

The monolithic unity of our Bolivarian National Armed Forces does not reside in isolated elements, but in the synergy of its parts. Today, as we celebrate the 17th anniversary of the Deputy Ministry of Education for Defense and the Deputy Ministry of Defense Services, we praise the consolidation of a comprehensive system that supports and projects the Ministry of People's Power for Defense towards the challenges of 2026,

During these years of institutional evolution, we have found that there is no operational readiness without lucid minds to direct it, nor tactical knowledge that thrives without adequate logistical support and the right strategic personnel. The Vice Ministry of Education materializes a humanistic, geo-historical and interdisciplinary learning ecosystem, which nourishes the cognitive and axiological dimension of arms professionals.

In perfect synchrony, the Vice-Ministry of Services guarantees the vitality of the institutional body, through the optimization of the military health network, the maintenance of critical infrastructures and impeccable logistics equipment, ensuring that the institution has the multidimensional response capacity required by the 21st century.

My warmest congratulations go to the MG. Omar Enrique Pérez La Rosa and MG. José Alfredo Rivera Bastardo; the synchrony achieved by their respective dependencies and work teams is faithful testimony that the union between knowledge and logistics contribute to the engine of national development.
