National Library of Venezuela will have a new air conditioning system

The new air conditioning system will serve the purpose of improving the air conditioning system of the Liberator Forum, specifically, the 100,000 square meters of infrastructure, where the National Library of Venezuela (BNV), the General Archive of the Nation and other cultural institutions in the country are located.

The work will improve the air conditioning of the spaces for the benefit of the workers of the National Library, who are also a fundamental part of this cultural institution.

The director general of the BNV, Jorge Berrueta Simancas, said that “our goal is to transform spaces for culture and education. We started 2024 with great joy because this process of installing the Shillers air conditioning system will make it possible to optimize the service and the care of the country's documentary heritage.”

For their part, workers, historians and researchers of this cultural house thank President Nicolás Maduro for allowing the development of this work, which is carried out under his instructions, and to the Minister of Culture, Ernesto Villegas Poljak, for his efforts.
