National President: In 2023, the 1x10 System of Good Governance expanded by 309%

The Bolivarian Government achieved the goal of expanding the 1x10 System of Good Governance, since the level of care increased 309% compared to 2022, said the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro.
From the National Assembly (AN), where he presented the Annual Message to the Nation before the National Parliament, the Public Powers and the Venezuelan People, he specified that in the past year, one million 595,000 cases were treated through the 1x10 System of Good Governance, with the priority areas being: water, telecommunications and electricity.
He argued that this system promotes the most direct relationship with the People, hence the fundamental importance in its strengthening at the national level.
He insisted that it is necessary to deepen its expansion, since “it is a system that provides answers in real time, 24 hours a day, among those goals achieved was the outreach to a greater number of communities.”
