Venezuelan winger Jefferson Savarino was officially announced as the new player for Brazil's Botafogo.
The announcement was made by the Brazilian club through its account on Social Network X, where they welcomed the Venezuelan.
Savarino joins the Brazilian club transferred from Real Salt Lake in Major League Soccer (MLS).
Vinotinto signed a contract until 2026 and will be competing in Phase 2 of the 2024 Copa Libertadores.
The Venezuelan, through a message posted on his Social Networks, thanked Real Salt Lake and the fans, “for their love as always”
He also said that he always tried to do his best, at the same time he wished the club the best, “thank you to my teammates for everything. God bless them always.”
