Padrino López: FANB remains alert to protect our sovereignty

The Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) remains alert and deployed throughout the national territory to ensure our sovereignty and guarantee peace throughout the national territory, said Defense Minister, G/J Vladimir Padrino López.

Through a message published in his X account, the senior military officer explained that the FANB will not cease to protect citizen peace as the only value conducive to the full and harmonious development of our country.

This statement by Padrino López occurred after President Nicolás Maduro ordered the FANB to be alert to plans being developed by the Venezuelan and Colombian extreme right to attack public services in border states.
