The Sectorial Vice President for Sovereignty, Security and Peace, G/J, Vladimir Padrino López, highlighted the achievements and advances achieved by the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) during 2023 and the challenges of the coming 2024.
In an audiovisual that he published on his account on the social network X, he said that “today, when we say goodbye to 2023, is a good day to take stock of the achievements achieved and to set our sights on 2024, a year that promises blessings for the Fatherland, but which will also bring new challenges that together WE WILL OVERCOME! The best for Venezuela!”
In the message, he attached a video with the balance of the actions, works and tasks of the FANB during the year 2023, highlighting among them the Republic Plan developed for the Consultative Referendum in defense of the Essequibo, held on December 3rd, as well as the “General Sifontes” Military Exercises, in defense of national sovereignty in the face of the presence of a British ship on the Atlantic façade.
In another publication, Padrino López, who is also the Minister of Popular Power for Defense, sent a message to the FANB, on the occasion of the arrival of the new year 2024, praising the work and commitment to defend and protect the sovereignty and territorial peace of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
