The resilience of Venezuelan doctors and nurses is palpable in the work they do daily to bring health to the people in the face of adversities caused by the criminal sanctions imposed on our country, said Defense Minister, G/J Vladimir Padrino López.
In this regard, through a video posted on his X account, the holder of the Defense portfolio showed the recoveries that have been made to the Dr. Carlos Arvelo military hospital, in Caracas, and the work being done in this health center to guarantee care for the patients who attend there.
