Padrino López: Venezuela will assert its historic rights to the Essequibo

Venezuela united, as courageous sons of our liberators, will assert its historic rights over Guiana Essequiba, said Defense Minister G/J Vladimir Padrino López.

This was stated by the holder of the Defense portfolio, in response to the statement issued by our country ratifying its rights to the Essequibo, while denying any participation of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in this territorial dispute.

“All of Venezuela, in national union, will assert its historic rights that cannot be postponed as courageous sons and daughters of our Liberator Simon Bolivar. It's time for the truth! The Venezuelan Sun rises in the Essequibo!” , wrote the senior military officer in his X account.
