Padrino López: we will prioritize domestic production and provide all the support to agribusiness

Making the agricultural sector become a fundamental engine for achieving economic recovery will be a strategic line that will govern the management of the newly appointed Minister of Productive Agriculture and Lands, G/J Vladimir Padrino López.

This was indicated by Padrino López in a post on his Telegram channel in which he also stated: “we will prioritize national production and provide all the support to the agro-industry, to the producers and to the peasant force with their ancient wisdom, thus strengthening our national identity. We will take advantage of every inch of fertile soil and I will always be willing to listen to them all, giving continuity to the high-profile management left by Cap. Julio León Heredia, a patriot whose work I am honored to continue”.

In the same way, the senior military official assured that the fight for agri-food sovereignty is the same fight for the definitive independence of the Fatherland.
