This Sunday, Pope Francis condemned Israel's attack on the Catholic
church in the Gaza Strip that served as a refuge, which resulted in two women
dead and seven people injured.
“I continue to receive very serious and painful
news from Gaza,” said the highest authority of the Catholic
Church, while stressing his regret at these repeated Zionist attacks.
In this regard, he stressed
that “some people say it's war. Yes, it's war. It's terrorism,” he
said of Tel Aviv's warlike actions.
According to the
TELESUR website, Israel's bombings have so far left around 19,000 Palestinians dead, mostly
children and women, and more than 54,000 injured.
