President (E) Delcy Rodríguez delivered rehabilitation of the CDI and SRI Alberto Rudas Mesones de Pinto Salinas

The President in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, delivered the recovery of the Comprehensive Diagnostic Center (CDI) and the Alberto Rudas Mesones Integral Rehabilitation Room (SRI), located in Pinto Salina, El Recreo parish.

The remodeling and refurbishment responds to the transformation proposed by the Bolivarian Government to provide the people with quality care.

These health centers were rehabilitated in all their spaces thanks to the “articulation between the different levels of government,” Rodríguez explained, while noting the progress in healthcare within the framework of the life and health plan.

Specifically, it became known that the works carried out included the waterproofing of the entire infrastructure, the renovation of internal and external lighting systems; the replacement of ceilings, installation of thermofusion and wastewater pipes, a new water purification system, general air conditioning and the installation of a completely new oxygen system.

In addition, the kitchen was expanded and a waste room and internal stairs were built that optimize the connection to the Integral Rehabilitation Room.

The head of state was accompanied by the sectoral vice-president for Science, Technology, Ecosocialism and Health, Isabel Iturria; the Minister of Health Nuramy Gutiérrez and the mayor of Caracas, Carmen Meléndez.
