President (E) Delcy Rodríguez: In addition to saving lives, our plan is to treat victims

The president in charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, gave a press conference to international media eight days after the double earthquake that hit the country, where she specified that “our plan, in addition to saving lives, is to treat victims”.

“We are providing comprehensive care to families that are traumatized. Transitional camps have been activated and we are in contact with different countries and international companies for support,” he said.

He added that temporary camps are organized by family and have comprehensive care. “Beds, food, health, recreation in the 46 transitory camps. In addition, we have psychological support, Music System days have been activated, toys are distributed and the Venezuelan Football Federation (FVF) has activated plans to organize games,” he stressed.
