President (E) Delcy Rodríguez oversaw the deployment of the FANB in affected areas of Caraballeda

The commander in chief of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) and president in charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, oversaw the operations center of the Bolivarian Army installed on the golf course of the Caraballeda parish, in the Caribbean sector, in the state of La Guaira.
From this command post, deployment and assistance actions are coordinated in the areas most vulnerable and affected by the contingency in the Guaireña state, such as Caraballeda and Tanaguarena.
On the other hand, to optimize recovery efforts, the area of civil and military operations has been structured 10 quadrants, each under the command of a Brigadier General.
The operational tasks are carried out by crews made up of 250 men, made up of members of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), Firefighters, Civil Protection, volunteers and both national and international rescue teams.
Among the personnel on the front line, the lieutenants and lieutenants in corvette who have recently graduated from the Bolivarian Military University of Venezuela in the “Venezuela Will Be Reborn” promotion. Currently, a contingent of 6,400 members of the Bolivarian Army, including professionals and troops, are deployed on site carrying out direct assistance to the population.
During the activity, the President in Charge was accompanied by the Minister of Popular Power for Defense, GJ Gustavo González López; the general commander of the Bolivarian Army, MG Rubén Darío Belzares Escobar; MG Juan Ernesto Sulbarán Quintero, Single Authority and Chief of Staff for the Contingency; and Juan José Ramírez, Sectorial Vice President of Public Works and Services.
