President (E) Delcy Rodríguez to U.S. rescuers: Thank you on behalf of Venezuela!

The president in charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, expressed her deepest gratitude this Saturday to the rescuers of the United States (USA) who worked hard to save lives after the earthquakes that occurred last June 24 in the country.

During an award ceremony such as Heroes of Venezuela, the president in charge recalled that the American brigades were among the first to arrive in the country after the double earthquake, “and they joined all the international rescuers who were as one, united in saving lives, who joined the families with their pain, with their hope.”

“On behalf of everyone who felt that support from you, I thank you. On behalf of Venezuela, of the Venezuelan Government, thank you and happy independence day on its 250th anniversary,” said Rodríguez.
