President (E) Rodríguez: 69,000 families in La Guaira are served with food distribution

Through her Telegram channel, the
president in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, highlighted the distribution
of food for the care of 69,000 families affected in the state of La
Guaira by the earthquakes that occurred in the country.
“This morning, 2,600 tons of food and drinking water were distributed in the
state of La Guaira to serve more than 69,000 affected families,”
Rodríguez said.
He also reaffirmed that State
security agencies remain deployed to serve the affected population
. “We remain in full deployment in the face of this emergency,” he said.
For his part, the Minister for Food, Carlos Leal Tellería, specified that with this burden it is expected that in the next 24 hours the affected population will be guaranteed water and food.
