President (E) Rodríguez announces activation of 0800-RESCUE to report missing persons

Delcy Rodríguez, president in charge of the Republic, reported that, as part of the actions to ensure the success of the search and rescue of people in the entities affected by the earthquake of last June 24, the national government activated the 0800-RESCUE service where it will be possible to report family, friends and neighbors who are considered to have disappeared.

“We want to make the 0800-RESCUE number available in addition to the technological platform in case there is a missing family member or a friend. A neighbor that we want to report there has this number available,” he said.

The information was provided by the Mandatari in charge early this Saturday morning during a balance sheet offered by the state of La Guaira.
