President (E) Rodríguez confirms commitment to those affected by earthquakes: We will not leave them alone!

From the Miraflores Palace, where she held a meeting with the General Staff for temporary camps and housing, the President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, ratified the commitment of the Government and the State as a whole, to guarantee comprehensive care for families affected by the earthquake of last June 24.

“The entire national government, the entire Venezuelan State is active to be there with you to serve you, to extend a true helping hand,” he emphasized.

He indicated that the General Staff is currently working on plans for the reconstruction and recovery of the impacted areas.

“We are working tirelessly; every minute counts, every hour counts, because we know that every minute is a minute of hope in the camps,” she said, while as President in charge, she emphasized her personal commitment to each and every one of the affected families.

“As President in charge, I commit myself that my daily agenda will include the attention of temporary camps,” she said.
