President (E) Rodríguez enacts Housing Construction Promotion and Protection Act

President in charge Delcy Rodríguez confirmed the strategic importance of the national parliament after the approval of legal regulations aimed at the housing sector.

Authorities recognized the legislative work during an official event held to promote urban development in the country.

The executive body formalized the implementation of this legal instrument through its protocol signature with the officials present. “I thanked the deputies because they approved the Housing Construction Promotion and Protection Act. I am signing the law right now. It will seek to promote, build more housing and remove any type of obstacle or limitation,” announced President Delcy Rodríguez.

Consequently, the Bolivarian Government strengthens the national construction apparatus through legal regulations that simplify procedures and stimulate public investment. Consequently, the new provisions guarantee effective housing solutions for Venezuelan families throughout the national territory.
