The President in Charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, takes a tour of the Avenida La Playa sector, in the Macuto parish of the state of La Guaira, to begin the deployment of the Sectorial Vice Presidency of Public Works and Services.

Accompanied by the Sectorial Vice President Juan José Ramírez; the Minister of the People's Power for Water Care, Carlos Mast; the Minister of People's Power for Electric Energy, Rolando Alcalá; the governor of the state of La Guaira, José Alejandro Terán; and the mayor of the Vargas municipality, José Manuel Suárez; among other authorities of the National Government, the President in Charge oversaw the start of the “Venezuela Renace” plan, whose objective is to coordinate the strategies of emergency and comprehensive recovery of infrastructure and services in this central coastal entity.

The deployment is based on a close articulation between the institutions of the State and the People's Power, integrating the Communes in the execution of an organized work plan.

This synergy allows the distribution of technical and social teams throughout the Guairian territory, ensuring direct and efficient care in the most affected localities. Operational actions focus on two fundamental axes: logistical evaluation and immediate care in the field.
