The President in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, installed the General Staff for the creation of temporary camps and the planning of new housing.

He specified that “teams of engineers and architects verify the habitability of the affected buildings (...) Search and rescue efforts continue tirelessly. We are not going to delay any solution. We continue to work with hope, together with our people, to protect lives, recover homes and lift Venezuela up.”
