President in Charge held a meeting with the General Staff of Transitional Camps

The President in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, led a new meeting with the General Staff, the High Political Command, the Council of Sectorial Vice Presidents and part of the ministerial cabinet to coordinate the creation of temporary camps and housing planning after the earthquakes of last June 24.

In a review of Venezolana de Televisión, she specifies that with the General Staff for the Creation of Transitional Camps, she guided actions to guarantee fundamental rights to health, food, housing; as well as the delivery of basic equipment such as beds, kitchens, bathrooms and triage for families affected by earthquakes.

In the resort town of Los Caracas, the temporary camp was set up, which serves 112 families from the state of La Guaira, as well as more than 50 buildings in Caracas that comply with temporary camping protocols.

In addition, it highlights that the Bolivarian Government maintains permanent contact with the international community, as well as with foreign companies, to develop temporary camps with better availability and habitability.

The president in charge was accompanied by the president of the National Assembly (AN) and the General Staff for the Creation of Transitional Camps, Jorge Rodríguez; the Sectorial Vice President of Politics, Citizen Security and Peace and Minister of the People's Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón; the Sectorial Vice President of Economy and Finance, Calixto Ortega, among others.
