President in Charge: Scientists will determine land and spaces where they will build new homes

The president in charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, specified that the second stage of emergency care is reconstruction to determine the land and spaces where new homes will be built.

At a press conference given to international media, he highlighted that this first phase “is a dramatic situation experienced with children in hospitals”, so he emphasized that “there our attention is directed”.

He added that “we have the traffic light and habitability system activated through which buildings are evaluated to make way for the second stage, which is reconstruction”.

“There is a specialized scientific team to determine the land and spaces where new homes will be built,” he said.
