President Maduro appointed Alex Saab president of the International Center for Productive Investment

This Monday, January 15, President Nicolás Maduro announced the appointment of Alex Saab as the new president of the International Center for Productive Investment.
“So that he, with his experience, will help our country to bring investment and economic forces to the world. Alex I fully trust you,” he said from the National Assembly (AN), where he presented the Annual Message to the Nation to the National Parliament, the Public Authorities and the Venezuelan People, recalling the success in the field of diplomacy with the release of Alex Saab, kidnapped by the United States.
He recalled that Saab is a plenipotentiary member of our National Dialogue Commission, and confirmed his gratitude for the work done to evade the policy of economic suffocation against Venezuela at the bloodiest time and in the midst of the pandemic.
