President Maduro presented the 7T Plan (+AN) to visitors and delegates from 125 countries

During the inauguration ceremony for the period 2025-2031, President Nicolás Maduro presented to visitors and delegates from 125 countries, the Plan of the Seven Transformations (Q7) being carried out by the Bolivarian Government.

He explained that the first major transformation is to deepen the construction of a productive, diversified and self-sustainable national economic model.

In that sense, he invited all productive sectors not to expect anything from anyone. “We have to produce food, cement, clothing, technology, let's produce everything we need,” he said

As a second transformation, he indicated that it is about the construction of human cities for good living and the recovery of all public services and infrastructure.

The head of state explained that the third transformation is the guarantee of the country's security, peace and defense, the development of the Peace Quadrants. “In Venezuela, we are prepared for everything, we have consolidated our defense mechanisms and we have been fighting criminal groups financed by Uribe and Iván Duque,” he said.

As for the fourth transformation, he explained that it is about the social model, protection and social development, the maximum social equality. “We have achieved the merger of the Gran Misión Vivienda Venezuela and Gran Mision Barrio, Nuevo Barrio Tricolor, for the construction and rehabilitation of housing,” he added.

“The fifth transformation is the political dimension. We can always do more for the people, we are always obliged to do our best. Don't forget about people when they come to office and that the resources go directly to the town and execute their projects in their community,” he said.

As for the sixth transformation, which is attention to the climate crisis, he took advantage of the presence of leaders and representatives from more than 100 countries to discuss the importance of addressing this issue.

“The climate crisis, the heat, the cold, the droughts, the extreme rains, the hurricanes, are hitting our brothers in the Caribbean and the powers of the world are doing nothing to help,” he said.

He stated that they practice deceptive diplomacy, offer resources and do not provide a means of financing in alternative ways to save the planet.

He insisted on the need to build cities, a green economy, a new ecological society, a new productive system, a new ecological energy system.

To conclude the presentation of the Seventh Plan, he said that the seventh transformation is geopolitics to promote a new multipolar and multicentric world.
