The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, confirmed the Bolivarian, Chavista and popular character of the revolutionary leadership that denounces the genocide and dispossession carried out by the Spanish Empire against the original inhabitants of America.

This statement emerged, during the 585 broadcast of his Con El Mazo Dando program, in response to the publication made by the extremist opposition Carlos Ocariz, who, through a publication on social networks, praised as positive the so-called Spanish conquest of America.

“Carlos Ocariz's fool believes that he doesn't have indigenous blood on his body (...) here there was a genocide against a people, here in these lands, an extermination, directed and orchestrated, which in the end we defeated them, yes, but how many lives it cost,” he lashed while not hesitating to denounce that these actions evidence the fascist and classist nature of the leadership of the Venezuelan extreme right.

“They are truly fascists, they are haters,” he decided and maintained while the leadership of extremism opts for supremacy, revolutionaries stand firm with the people.

“We didn't get on that boat of haters and fascists, no. We got on the boat of Bolivar, on the boat of Chávez and the boat of these peoples who have endured them all,” he emphasized.

On 18-Oct everyone to vote!

Stressing the popular and truly democratic nature of the Bolivarian Government, he recalled that this Sunday, October 18, the second National Popular Consultation of 2026 will be held, where communities from all over the country will choose the projects to be implemented for collective benefit.

“On the 18th everyone to vote, real democracy,” he invited while highlighting the participatory and leading nature that guides these processes.

“The community decides the project it wants and that is the one that is executed,” he pointed out and highlighted the responsibility that the people have demonstrated in carrying out their works with the resources provided by the State.

Venezuela continues to move forward in peace!

The also Sectorial Vice President of Politics, Citizen Security and Peace stressed that these processes of consultation with the People, as well as the various actions taken by the National Government in the area of public services and care for the victims of the double earthquake of last June 24, are signs that the country is at peace and is moving forward with a firm step.

“For the vast majority, the fact that the country is at peace is a reason for peace of mind to work and keep moving forward, to be happy, but not for them (opponents), because they want there to be a war, but they send others, to see what they pick up, not for the fuck they go,” he said.

In this regard, he gave as an example the announcement made by the President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, about the beginning of Christmas for November 1, which has been the subject of attacks by spokespersons and leaders of extremism.

“They are in a hurry,” he laughed and stressed that despite these extremist campaigns that seek to create a climate of confusion in the country, Venezuela is progressing little by little with a firm step, stabilizing according to the situation, but making firm progress, always on the path of Bolivar and on the path of Chávez.”

Capriles: a meme and a scoundrel!

On the other hand, the Minister for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace also drew attention to the inability of the opposition extremist leadership to connect with the People, who express their rejection through the mockery of self-described “leaders”.

In this regard, he cited the case of the opponent Henrique Capriles Radonski, who has been the center of viral messages where he is ridiculed under the nickname “El Manguanguas”.

“Why do you think people call you 'El Manguanguas'? Not because you're popular, no, because people make fun of you because you're a meme and a walking jerk,” he said that the lack of contact with the people is evidenced by Capriles' inability to understand that he is the subject of a “vest”.

“The people are fucking with you, you're not popular, they're destroying you because they make fun of you,” he explained.

We are a beautiful mix!

After ratifying indigenous resistance against the so-called Spanish conquest, Cabello stressed that Venezuelans are essentially an ethnic mix where aboriginal blood mixed with African and “a little bit” of European blood prevails.

“Here we have more than 70% of our genes, they are more than those of the original peoples, and we have the rest of us and white Europeans it's a little bit. But he's black and Indian; that's where we come from, that's why we're a beautiful mix, good people, we don't know hate,” he exalted while condemning those “who think they are superior” and condemning indigenous peoples to marginalization.

Regarding this, he recalled that it was with the arrival of the Bolivarian Revolution that the ancient inhabitants of what is now Venezuela were vindicated and were given the place they deserve.

“Commander Hugo Chávez gave way to the country's aborigines because he restored morals and social demands through the Bolivarian Constitution. That's why our original peoples are on the front line, ” he said.
