President of the Republic in Charge appointed Paula Henao as the new Minister of Hydrocarbons

The president in charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, appointed Paula Henao, in order to refine strategic lines of action to strengthen crude oil production and the petrochemical sector in the country.
“I have appointed oil engineer Paula Henao as the new Minister of Hydrocarbons, with the responsibility of continuing to promote our country's Energy Engine and strengthening the sovereign development of the national oil, gas and petrochemical industry,” said the head of state through social networks.
“I fully trust that, with your professionalism, extensive experience and many years of experience within this Ministry, we will make progress in the recovery and development of the energy sector, a fundamental pillar for economic growth and the well-being of the Venezuelan people,” he added.
