Through her account on the social network Instagram, the governor of the state of Aragua, Joana Sánchez, reported that prevention teams are continuing search and rescue efforts in the state after the two earthquakes that occurred last Wednesday.
“At this time, the prevention teams in the
face of adverse events continue to search and rescue people
affected by the collapse of the building in the Bosque Lindo Urbanism in the Santiago Mariño
municipality,” he said.
In addition, the regional president shared images of the teams in the rescue efforts, while reaffirming her commitment to ensuring the care of the affected population.
“We still don't give up! The prevention teams for adverse events have not rested until they found the last person, strength for these boys and our embrace to the families who have been accompanying them from the outset,” he said.
