In the community court facilities of the Mi Jardín sector, in Barinas state, the popular structures and grassroots bodies of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) mobilized in a meeting that ratified the Chavista, Bolivarian commitment and the organizational strength of the Ramón Ignacio Menéndez parish in the Barinas municipality.

The meeting concluded with proclamations of commitment and sense of belonging on the part of the community members, reiterating the validity of Commander Hugo Chávez's thinking and the support for the guidelines of the National Executive to consolidate the communal state under the slogan: “Let's be community members and chavistas!”
