During the Al Aire program, the deputy to the National Assembly (AN), Enrique Ramos, highlighted the work that has been consolidated in recent years in Parliament in favor of Venezuelans and Venezuelan women.

In this regard, he indicated that in this new legislative year he will continue to strengthen the construction of laws “that the historic moment requires of us, and this vast experience allows us to consolidate many fronts of battle in the legislative sphere but also to consolidate new special commissions.”

In addition, during the interview broadcast by Venezolana de Televisión (VTVT), he highlighted that the first legal instrument with which the 2024 agenda began was the second discussion of the Organic Law for the Defense of Guiana Esequiba, an action that demonstrates the Parliament's drive to legislate relentlessly in the service of the interests of the country's sovereignty.

He stressed that the National Assembly will not rest from calling for an end to the imperial blockade: “We are joining with one voice against imperial coercive measures.”
