SAIME activated walk-in card renewal days

The Administrative Service for Identification, Migration and Aliens (SAIME) will hold days to renew identity cards without prior appointment, as part of the national state of emergency due to the earthquakes of June 24.

“In response to the national emergency plan, instructed by the President in Charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez Gómez, the renewal of an identity card, for the time being, does not require an appointment or requirements,” said the SAIME.

The entity, as reported by the Venezuelan News Agency (AVN), indicated that users can review the list of active offices on their social media accounts to locate the nearest headquarters.
