The sector vice-president for Politics, Public Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, said that caring for families affected by the earthquake of last June 24 and the recovery of the state of La Guaira is everyone's job.
This Wednesday, July 08, from the Transitional Camp of the Maritime University of the Caribbean, he stressed that “it's time to resize this space as a camp. This is a space that once welcomed all the inhabitants of La Lucha, of the Hugo Chávez urban planning who came”.
He specified that more than 4000 people remain in the place. “They came to have them here and we have received them with all the love, even their own colleagues have helped them, and here they are joining, despite being in an affected condition, to work with the work crews,” he said.
He specified that “that is the idea that we are joining here because this is everyone's job. This is not just the government's job or just that of those affected by the earthquakes, it's everyone's job and we include private companies. It belongs to each and every one.”
