Through the Nevado Mission, more than 100,000 pets are cared for in Miranda

A total of 106,664 pets were treated during Mission Nevado days in Mirada state in 2023. Companion animals were seen at 386 veterinary conferences, which were held by the entity's Government.

The information was released by the Secretary of Animal Protection of Miranda, Maigualida Vargas, in a press release stating that 35,445 consultations, 30,968 deworming and 7,780 days of sterilization were carried out in the region. In addition, 24,237 vaccines have been applied.

He also specified that 15,410 medical procedures were carried out, where 1,211 veterinary emergencies were treated. “Our commitment is to care for and protect the integrity of all companion pets in Miranda, bestowing love through care,” added the spokeswoman.
