The Sunday day of the first week of the Round Robin of the 2023-2024 season, of the Venezuelan Professional Baseball League (LVBP), culminated in a victory for Tiburones de La Guaira and for Cardenales de Lara.
At the Monumental Simón Bolívar stadium, the Escualos beat Leones del Caracas 4-2, who for the second consecutive day failed to maintain a solid bulpen.
For their part, at the Antonio Herrera Gutiérrez stadium in Barquisimeto, the twilight dominated Tigres de Aragua 10-3, being the first victory for Larense in this instance.
