Venezuela-Algeria Joint Commission evaluated progress in business cooperation

This Friday, January 12, representatives of the Venezuela-Algeria Joint Intergovernmental Commission held a working meeting for business rapprochement between the two nations.

Through its account on the social network X, the International Center for Productive Investment, specified that the “joint agenda was developed with the purpose of carrying out the maiden flight of the Caracas-Algiers route from Conviasa the #19ene”.

Bilateral relations between Venezuela and Algeria date back to March 22, 1971.

Since the arrival of the Bolivarian Revolution and Commander Hugo Chávez, 28 bilateral legal instruments have been signed in both countries, including agreements, memorandums of understanding and cooperation programs, in the political, cultural, energy, commercial, scientific, communication, legal, transportation, educational and electoral areas, among others.
