Venezuela explores pharmaceutical alliances with University of the Basque Country

The Minister of Popular Power for Health, Carlos Alvarado, held a meeting with the doctor of Pharmacy and researcher at the University of the Basque Country, Gorka Orive Arroyo, to explore pharmaceutical alliances, aimed at opening up avenues of academic and scientific collaboration for the benefit of the national health sector.

During the meeting, which facilitated the design of joint strategies between work teams, the participants reviewed various proposals to share technical knowledge and addressed the improvement of technological capacities within the National Public Health System (SPNS).

These approaches seek to incorporate cutting-edge technology into the public health network, in order to ensure specialized medical care for the entire population.
