Venezuela has the highest peak of electricity consumption in the last 9 years: 16:30 megawatts

The Ministry of People's Power for Electric Energy announced that Venezuela registered the highest peak of electricity consumption in the last 9 years: 16:30 megawatts.

The ministerial body added in a statement that the current intense temperatures have significantly increased energy demand across the country.

“At the MPPEE, we continue to work tirelessly to maintain the stability of the National Electricity System, but to achieve this, your collaboration is essential,” he stressed and presented a series of recommendations to contribute to electricity savings from homes.
