Venezuela ratified its strategic role in the global energy market in Washington

The Ministry of Popular Power for Foreign Affairs and International Trade participated in the meeting America 250: Advancing Energy Security and Competitiveness Across the Hemisphere, in the city of Washington DC, United States (USA), with the objective of highlighting the strategic role of Venezuela in the global energy market.

The Latin American nation's chargé d'affaires in the United States, Johann Alvarez Márquez, said through his channel that, “with more than 300 billion barrels of oil reserves, Venezuela offers opportunities for cooperation in oil, gas, refining, technology and fertilizers.”

With these shares in the most important instances in the energy market, Venezuela confirms its strategic value for the global trade of hydrocarbons, gas and essential minerals.
