The foreign minister, Yván Gil, through his Telegram channel, expressed his gratitude on behalf of the Bolivarian Government and the president in charge, Delcy Rodríguez, for the Eucharist celebrated by the government of Palestine in honor of the victims of the earthquake of last June 24.

Gil specified that the Eucharist was celebrated in the Church of the “Nativity” in Bethlehem (...) We extend special thanks to the Fathers of the Church and to Dr. Ramzi Khoury, President of the Senior Presidential Committee for Ecclesiastical Affairs in Palestine, and a prominent member of the Executive Committee of the Organization for the Liberation of Palestine, for their dedication in organizing this emotional day of solidarity with the Venezuelan people.”

The Palestinian government and people have repeatedly expressed their solidarity with Venezuela, through the sending of humanitarian aid, it has also served to treat the victims of this natural phenomenon.
