A total of six Venezuelans will be present at the 2024 All-Star Game, which will take place on July 16 at the Globe Life Field in Arlington, which equals the number of Venezuelan people attending the 2023 edition.

Second baseman José Altuve and coach William Contreras will start, while Luis Arraez, Salvador Pérez, Robert Suárez and Ranger Suárez will be on the reserve team.

For Pérez and Altuve this will be their ninth participation in the All-Star Games .

Careta has a batting average of .274 with 88 hits, 14 home runs, 55 RBIs and 32 scored in 88 games this season. While Altuve has a batting average of .310 with 111 hits, 13 home runs, 40 RBIs and 53 scored in 86 games this season.

For Arráez it will be his third consecutive call for the midseason classic and for Contreras he is second called up, this time as starting receiver.

Meanwhile, the Suárez - pitchers - will be their first participation in the All-Star Game.
