From the state of Anzoátegui, within the framework of the second stage
of the National Pilgrimage for a Venezuela without Sanctions and in Peace, the
president in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, urged the
people to become pilgrims and pilgrims, to consolidate national union
in the face of the economic blockade and unilateral sanctions against the country.
“I am a pilgrim for Venezuela, and I ask that
we become that, pilgrims, pilgrims, a spirituality that
calls for national union, a national union of a country that has been
severely hit in its economy, but also in its identity, who wanted to
tarnish our history, where we come from, wanted to deny our history,” said the president in charge.
In this regard, he called on Venezuelan migrants who are
in the world to return and join the projects promoted by the Bolivarian
Government for national development.
“I think of the migrants, of those who left
Venezuela and that we ask them: Return to their homeland, here you have family, here you
have friends and here you have a society that builds a new spirituality
to develop Venezuela,” he stressed.
Rodríguez recalled that the migrants who left “and who
crossed our borders are migrants who were severely hit by
xenophobia, by labor depravity, who were deprived of essential human rights.
So our recognition to migrants.”
