The president in charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, inspected the port facilities of the state of Anzoátegui this Thursday, to optimize cargo processes and boost regional trade.

As part of the second stage of the National Pilgrimage for a Venezuela without Sanctions and in Peace, the president in charge, together with the authorities of the maritime and port sector and specialists in the area, evaluated the operational capacity of the Eulalia Buroz Commercial Port; with the objective of strengthening the national port system.

Through this technical deployment, the Bolivarian Government plans to identify opportunities for improving infrastructure and streamlining logistics processes on the country's eastern façade, according to a press release from the Presidential Press .

The inspection focused on verifying the condition of the docks, maritime security systems, and the capacity to receive and dispatch goods, key elements to ensure the efficiency of commercial operations.
